Heavy D Presents BEACHED Series Giveaway Official Rules

1. Eligibility
• The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Sparks Motors, their immediate family members, and anyone involved in the creation, promotion, or execution of this giveaway are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Period
• The giveaway begins on 07/24/2024 and ends at 11:59 pm on 07/26/2024.
3. How to Enter
• Visit www.sparksmotorsofficial.com during the entry period.
• Every dollar spent on the website will earn you 5 entries into the giveaway.
• No Purchase Necessary: You may enter by mailing a standard postcard (4"x6") with your full name, email address, home address, and phone number to:
• 1955 S 1800 W Woods Cross, UT 84087.
• Mail-in entries must be received by 07/26/2024.
4. Selection of Winners
• Three winners will be selected.
• Winners will be notified immediately after the selection process and must be prepared to fly out to southern Utah the same day.
• If the selected winner is not able to go they will have the opportunity to sell their spot, give it to a friend or receive a voucher for another time.
• If you do not want any of those options SMCO Management Group will comp you $1000 which is the cost of the travel to the location.
5. Prize
• The winners will be invited to join Heavy D and Diesel Dave on an extreme lifetime vacation in Lake Powell, southern Utah.
• They will experience riding on a boat, wave runners, barges, and more.
6. Notification
• Winners will be contacted via the contact information provided during the purchase or on the mailed postcard. 
• Due to the nature of the quick turnaround time we do need to hear back from the winners ASAP. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, they will forfeit their prize, and another winner will be selected.
• Winners will be contacted by a live chat with management at the shop.
• Please be aware of those who try to scam you.  We will not ask for money, personal information, or anything that would negatively impact you.
7. General Conditions
• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Sparks Motors, which are final and binding.
• Sparks Motors reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or engages in any conduct that is detrimental to the integrity of the giveaway.
• Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release.
8. Publicity
• By entering, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
• Sparks Motors is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues that may arise during the entry process.
