Official Rules for the Peterbilt 2000 Giveaway

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is required to enter or win the Peterbilt 2000 Giveaway (the "Promotion"). Purchasing or paying will not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are of legal age in their state or province of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of SMCO Management Company ("Sponsor"), The Solid Choice, LLC ("Promotion Administrator"), and their affiliated entities (collectively, "Promotion Parties"), as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on October 27, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on November 30, 2024.

How to Enter:

1. Purchase Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit www.sparksmotorsofficial.com and purchase eligible products for automatic entry. Eligible products and the corresponding number of entries will be listed on the website. Purchases involving declined credit or debit transactions or returns are not eligible.
2. Mail-In Entry: Handprint your full name, complete valid address, valid phone number with area code, valid email address, and birth date on a 4" x 6" postcard and mail it to: Peterbilt 2000 Giveaway, 1955 S 1800 W, Woods Cross, UT 84087. You will receive 1,000 entries per postcard. Limit thirty (30) mail-in postcards per person/email address.
3. Bonus Entries: Additional entries may be offered during specific periods announced on the website. Bonus mail-in entries can be submitted in the same manner as standard mail-in entries. Entrants may receive up to 30,000 bonus entries, based on the number of eligible products purchased or postmarked entries during bonus periods.

Entry Limits: No more than 30,000 entries per person, email address, or household, regardless of entry method.

Prize Drawings:

1. Entry Period Drawings: Random drawings will be conducted within ten (10) days after the conclusion of each Entry Period to award prizes from among eligible entries.
2. Finalist Drawing: On or around December 15, 2024, ten (10) finalists will be randomly selected from all entries.
3. Grand Prize Drawing: One (1) finalist will be randomly selected as the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize consists of a 2000 Peterbilt  (approximate retail value: $55,000) and a trip to Utah to collect the prize (ARV: $1,000).
4. Cash Prize Option:  There is a cash prize option of $50,000 if the winner does not want the truck.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees related to the prizes. The Grand Prize must be claimed by February 28, 2025, or may be forfeited.

Additional Terms for Travel: Travel must be arranged through the Sponsor and is subject to availability. The winner is responsible for transportation to the airport and any personal expenses. The Sponsor is not liable for any issues related to travel.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via phone, email, or mail. Failure to respond or to provide required documentation in a timely manner may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

Disqualification and Limitations: Any entries that do not comply with the Official Rules will be disqualified. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion in the event of technical issues or other causes beyond its control.

Releases: By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from any liability arising from participation or use of any prize. They also agree to waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

Publicity: Participation constitutes permission to use the entrant’s name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without compensation, where permitted by law.

Privacy: Personal information collected through this Promotion will be used in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Governing Law: These Official Rules are governed by California law, with all disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

Severability: If any provision of these rules is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
