Shipping Timeframe
Our processing time is up to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of purchase. After processing, shipping can take an additional 7-14 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may increase up to 2-3 weeks due to high volume. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the carrier or customs.
Shipping Methods
We use a variety of shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier and shipping method used will depend on the shipping destination, size and weight of the package, and the shipping speed selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier and method selected. Not all items ship together. Our amazing partners have incredible product and ship from their own facilities. These could arrive before or after the apparel you purchased from Sparks Motors.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, size and weight of the package, and the shipping method selected.
Damaged Packages
While we take care to ensure that your order is packaged securely, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customs fees and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Address Errors
We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure accurate delivery.
Order Tracking
We will provide a tracking number for your order once it has shipped. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
