ALL SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL AND HAVE NO REFUNDS!

Thank you so much for being a valued customer of ours.  We want to let you know that all sales are final during giveaway timeframes due to the nature of purchasing an item and receiving entries for it and us calculating the entries daily.  Refunds will not be issued during these times because it is not a fair opprotunity to you and others that entered and adjusting the possibilities of winning after the fact.  HOWEVER, we understand that errors can occur with sizing, damages, replacements, or incorrect products and we will HELP YOU.

Also please not that we do offer a package protection service that will help replace lost or stolen items instantly.  Be sure to add that to your cart.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase from our store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery for items that are damaged, incorrect, or the wrong size.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item or the wrong size, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We will review the claim and, if necessary, provide a return label for you to return the item to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund or a replacement item, whichever you prefer.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason other than damage, incorrect or wrong size, you may still return the item within 30 days of delivery for store credit only. Store credit can be used towards the purchase of any item in our store and will be issued in the form of an e-gift card.

To initiate a return for store credit, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and once we receive the item, we will issue store credit for the full amount of the item, excluding shipping fees.

Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements.
